...recently my therapist gave up on me!

he gave me a choice.

he gave me two weeks to decide.

those two weeks passed quickly.

I thought I was free.....to drift into my mania alone...
like a HIGHLIGHT!....a buzzz!

I hate making decisions...I never know what I want?
I know what I don't want!

and it's usually something I fear.

I called the T...that person who is designed to assist me and he asked WHY?

I said it's because I need someone in my life who won't take crap from me!

Perhaps you need to give crap. If you don't give it then how can they see how to help you? I use to show my worse side immediately to test if the person was strong enough to take what I feared was the momster inside of me. Some failed but thankfuuly the T I have had for a few yrs took my crap and made it safe for me and showed me I wasn't a monster but a wounded soul.

thankyou E....you have a way with me that I trust you.

I am learning to show the crap side of me because that is what needs fixing...

It is just so hard without confidence my friend....I usually overdo it and everyone runs for cover.

thankyou E

Yeah my T gave up on me last week too. I feel you there! Its hard when they tell you to show all your sides good and bad, and when you show the bad side they get rid of you. Make up yo mind!!

Did you post any details about your T giving up on you? I can't find them.

Doublemonkey, oh I have been where you are and can still be there! It does scare a lot of people away but those that stick around I know are the ones who 'get me', I get you.
