So in all the craziness of having group -where I got frustrated because, as much as I want to hide, there was a guy who kept blocking my view of the room - and t back to back, I think something happened.

I think I conversed with t oh also T was in another room today -her room is small and very warm and the bigger room was empty so we moved. I don't think I mentioned, but they were renovating last week to and they got rid of the couch in the small room and replaced it with 2 chairs. Well in this big room there was a big red couch. It was somewhat comforting to be back on the couch.

Ahh but anyway we got talking about my dr appointment which got us on to my needle phobia and I think she tricked me by relating to being afraid of needles and we actually have had a similar nightmare in relation to the needle fear

Ahh sneaky sneaky T. Well played. There was a point in session where I think I just flowed with the conversation -for someone who took "think before you speak" waaay to seriously that's new.

I've been thinking about this. I don't think I've ever just flowed w/the conversation while in session.
