Had a very intense session last week. For the first time EVER I was aware of real self love. It didn't last long, its new and proberbly to intense to hold onto at the moment. But when it happened I realised that all the stuff I yearn for from T and from others in my past life, was happening but coming from inside me.

What I realised too was this would not have been possible by just reading self help books or living a life in exile, it had to come from being in a nurturing relationship. As I say it came and went and then I was back to needing it to come from T, but this isn't negative, I've felt it, I know its there now. it cannot happen in isolation, one must be nurtured to find that inner nurturing. To deprive oneself of the chance of this, is a grave injustice one does to oneself. No matter what the damage one has suffered, its there still, just takes more digging.
Thanks for this!
