Can you maybe put together an art project about your therapy?

Omg I am sorry your T will be gone that long. Mine was gone for 10 days last month and I felt like my world was ending. It didn't, as he pointed out the minute I first saw him again. Make sure your post here for plenty of support. I definitely needed to. Ae you aloud out of session contact? Emails? I relied on plenty of emails to get me through, some as simple as are you still there? Let your T know your concern maybe you can arrange a quick phone call check in or two while he is away since you are struggling?
