feels like their just blowing smoke up my and my Lawyer's AS$, in Dec my Lawyer calls me and said DOH would have the charges out in 30 days,well no charges came out, so my lawyer calls them and they say it may take longer because the case is so complicated,so last week my lawyer calls me and said DOH called him and charges will be out in two days, i'm tired of all of this,sorry i just had to vent

Hope DOH gets their act together and does what they say they'll do/are doing! I'm glad your lawyer is staying on their behinds!

I hate to sound stupid but what is DOH? I know what DOH! what Homer says, but I think you are talking about something else.

I took it to mean Department of Health (usual state and some cities name/abbreviation, DOH).

It sounds like maybe they are making sure they do a thorough job, so the charges 'stick' and you win
