hi, i saw my t today and got all my appt at least 2 ahead of time on wed at 11 am my fav day and time for therapy.

anyway i had left my squishy ball at home i always play with it out of anxiety, so she told me to look around her office and take whatever i want, but i said no thank you, she knows i like bending stuff or twisting stuff so she gave me large metal paper clip i felt so good because she knows me and that little gesture meant alot.

it was a nerve wrecking session i actually got so nauseus after i left the room, never felt that before, anyway she is going to get one of those zen mini gardens because i love to play with those things also, go figure an adult woman acting like a kid.

thank god she is so patient and caring that she knows when to stop a certain conversation without me telling her to do so,( mind u i never cry i hold it in) so thats another thing i think i would feel better but i guess my body wont allow it

all and all i would say it was like 10 percent comfortable and fun 90 percent nerve wracking emotional gut wrenching in my oppinion, she pushed me somewhat today but knew when to stop.

I took an acting class one time where the teacher told us those fidgety-type actions help you both "sell" the character and "lose yourself" in the character. so I think it's a very good thing, it helps make you less self-conscious, less thinky, more feely

That sounds like a great session, feeling supportive while working on hard stuff.
