Ok here is what my pdoc wrote for my note so i could go through a state agency for work...
"To whom it may concern: Please be advised that I have instructed Ms. Me to resume work as soon as possible. There are no anticipated restrictions. Any retraining and other expectations are reasonable, and there should be no serious mental health reason to preclude her from participating. Sincerely, Pdoc" I dont get it if there is no mental health reason to preclude me from participating why do I need to keep seeing him. I want to find a job...but I want to be honest with them and being in the hospital 4 times in 2 1/2 months seems to me could pop up again. I seem to crash into deep depressions easily and become sui.while doing really well right now doesnt mean it will stay that way. Maybe its just anxiety about workimg again i dont know. |

 are you my pdoc in disguise, trying to catch me out? He keeps telling me, "if you don't know what I mean, don't guess. Ask me."So... Probably shouldn't try second-guessing. Could you call and ask? Or email for a clarification? |
