I have an spot and I really don't want to go. Any pieces of advice or support? I just dread going. I dread it... and its all rainy and stuff. I just wanna crawl into bed and snuggle with my dogs.

Thanks guys. It went okay. I told her I was fine, and am doing well. She agreings are ed that I am doing well and that I have made huge progress with my coping skills. And, that my meds are working pretty well, too. I will call her if I need an appt - nothing set in stone for now.

How did your appts go?
