omg i feel so anxious enough that i could pass out maybe if it got to be \\ im cryng almost im scared to met her in her office helpppppp

my care coordinator was going to contact my new t to discuss preview of things b4 going in but still my anxiexy is flying through the roof esp now om g feel dizzy from anxiety im laying in bed now

That is a normal feeling to feel anxious before meeting someone new, let alone it being a new T.

The anticipation of anything different in our life causes anxiety.

Hope all goes well & you feel comfortable with this T so you can really start to work on all the issues you have been piling up. Hopefully this T will be able to help you learn about yourself so that you can grow & develop rather than being stuck like you have been for so long......something we all are in need of.

pfft try waiting 7 hours in a waiting room with no magazines, no tv's and no cell phone usage and be stripped of all metal through a metal detector and drug tested...nice welcome to our facility
