I am going to take a risk.
I am going to trust you. I can’t promise you I will be able to connect with all of my emotions and why they are there. At my next appointment I am going to tell you what I wanted to say today and I’m not going to censor myself/hold back in fear. Fear of being stupid, not worthy, insignificant. Hoping the voices of self-judgment are quieter next week. That is what holds me back. I don’t feel worthy of my emotions or feelings. See you next week. - geez |

Thank you all for the supportive comments/posts. I saw T today and told her what I wanted to say last week and I did without self judgement. I didn't censor myself today and it felt OK. :-)
