Whew! What a ride!

Our last session was very nice. Peaceful. A sad but also truly joyous time.

In therapy, I know no door ever closes, and when I pass back through my old home town we agreed to meet.

I told him to be happy and be well. I've never meant anything more in my life.

I'm sure our paths will cross again, but not yet.

Even though it's mostly "me" now, there will always be a teeny little bit of "we".

THAT's a very good thing.

Now I know what Shakespeare meant by "sweet sorrow". True that.

Fabulous work. Fabulous ending. I'm glad you'll still get to see him when you visit your hometown.

I'm sure he will be happy to see me, if and when that occurs. He will be my therapist forever though and in a way that's very comforting.

On the other hand, I'm sure he'll charge me for it .

THanks to all that wished me well and posted.

It's sad, but happy. Ironic because one of the things I learned so well in therapy was to simply hold opposing thoughts.

I will likely be around here for awhile until I get it out of my system so to speak.
