Well that may be an exaggeration, but it certainly took the lead more than my t
I was watching TV and a quote stood out to me:

"Z was the first person I could call close to me. We didn't always see eye to eye, but we didn't need to. She was close enough that I could get angry with her, and I could do that without being afraid that she'd walk away."

Maybe I hold back anger because I'm afraid people will walk away from me
Soooo maybe I take this to t this week? But where doors it go from there? (I'll just be in my corner here over thinking things as purr usual)
Thanks for this!

Sounds like the thought hit you as pertinent somehow. Take it to T and see where it takes you. Let us know what you discover.

Hey, you're doing it right - finding inspiration and insights everywhere! It doesn't all happen in the therapy room. Glad you're working on things by yourself. This is how we get stronger and build confidence in our ability to deal with life ourselves, so we don't have to be in therapy FOREVER....
