I am very anxious about my session today.

Really want to call and cancel. My session is in 2 hours. I just my be over come by an axiety attack before then.

Any pocket riders available, I sure could use the support.

I will be there. I know how your feeling. Right now im the parking lot of an eating disorder clinic trying to get the courage to go in for my assessment
