It's never happened before. Saturday, I got into it really bad with another motorist. I actually got out of my car and was ready to hurt this guy. He was probably my same age and he would not get out of the car.
I believe it was his fault. He was tailgating me and honking and when I came to a stop sign I had had it. My friend who was with me literally picked me up and put me back in the car. I was so mad. ![]() I called my therapist this morning and we talked about it. He said I need to tell the doc. Because it could be the Wellbutrin I'm on... or it could be my bpd acting out. Then he mentioned intermediate explosive disorder. I have heard of that. But I told him this is the first time this happened. He is concerned and I guess now I should be. ![]() I see him Thursday and he wants to talk more in detail. I am not a mean person at all. I just don't know why I behaved that way....

I was very explosive on welbutrin. And I am this passive peace maker who lets the world walk all over me. Checking with the pdoc is a good idea.

One thing I learned with road rage that has helped me is if someone is bugging me, just pull off the road for a minute or two and then start driving again, the other person will be gone. Some days I just get really impatient and being behind a driver going slower than I want can set me off. If my feeling starts escalating, I do a time out on myself
