Second time in 3 months that my T1 called to move around an appointment we had scheduled.

And I really need to talk to someone too

Its only for a day later but she didn't give me any reason why and acted like it was no big deal.

It could be something bad but last time I thought it could be something bad and it was something STUPID, just some extra curricular she was involved in.

I am angry and also exhausted and sad because now I know I'm going to have a hard time talking to her again at a time when I was really hoping I could ask for her help.

This sucks

Ah, that's frustrating, but it is good that she was able to get you in the very next day. Try not to let the day's delay stifle your openness with her; sounds like you need to talk.
