Ok so I finally got to my hw, the "I have to ....because....". Yikes, my head is a crazy place. If my t believed in diagnosises, and this was a diagnose-able form, I would be in terrible. Keys just say, the last time my hand was this cramped was grade 12 English class.

I started it in my journal but then couldn't grasp the idea of letting her hold it (who knows what else she might read) is she volunteered herself to read it.

Oh I'm worried now. So so worried

the fact that you're nervous means you were honest and said things that were difficult. that's a good thing. i don't think your t will think you're nuts at all. granted i don't know what you wrote but unless it was "i have to quit therapy because i am jesus and jesus doesn't need therapy" then i think you're probably good. :P

Hahaha, thank you, made be chuckle. If I wasn't a quiet as I am, I would walk I saying just that. Instead, I'll probably walk in nervously giggling to myself. Oh no! Another sign I've caught the crazies.

Wait not being honest means you aren't nervous? I gotta try it. "how was your week?" "I didn't have a week"......hmm maybe I'm not going to be very good at that.

And I haven't been honest yet. There's still time to dispose of the evidence. "hw?....I didn't have hw"

i just mean if you hadn't said things that were personal and difficult then you wouldn't need to be nervous about his reaction right? i'm assuming that nerves come from saying things that are difficult.
