I was reading the other day and saw a post where a client was doing inner child work by reading this book and doing the things it suggested. One of the things I remember is the book suggested that the client allow someone to hold them for 20 minutes (preferralby a therapist or very close friend or relative). The client said how he/she kept watching the clock afraid that the person holding was going to get tired and abandon him/her. I can't seem to find this post after much searching. Can anyone help me find the post? Or does anyone know the name of the book? Thanks in advance.
