Hey Granite. You are okay here. Try not to let what happened get to you. It was really not about you; it was about the other person's difficulties. Unfortunately, that kind of thing can happen when we're on a forum of people all struggling with a wide variety of mental health issues. It really will be fine.
The only other forum I know about is called mood garden. It is mainly for people with bipolar disorder and depression. It is a nice group of people, but not anywhere near as active as PC. |
