Pre T jitters, maybe getting yourself prepared for the upcoming game, so to speak? Back in your head? Just shooting in the dark here. Stands to reason many of us have after T hangovers, one could have preT jitters. Excitement...anticipation..not knowing ?

Therapy can be a painful process, even though it seems like you might be "small-talking" with your T, big changes are happening right under the surface. Every interaction can echo something from the past. Trusting someone even a little can tear you apart.

'back in your head' - i never really thought of that but it makes sense!! i've been spending so much time learning to be in my whole body instead of just 'in my head' that now the other way around is odd. merits talking about tomorrow. Thanks!

I start feeling sick and detached the night before, like I did when I was in grade school on Sunday night before school started again on Monday and I had to endure dealing with all those people I did not understand and who thought I was a giant weirdo.
I am sorry it starts for you the night before too. It is not fun. Last edited by stopdog; Aug 20, 2012 at 09:58 PM. |

Nerves... Take a deep breath, if u live with other ppl you could giv them a heads up about what going on, then try and do something relaxing. It could help to visualize the next day... That can ease the nerves a bit. Best of luck!
