BITTERNESS
My termination with T that has now become traumatization and feels like I am ungrounded and like my head is spinning.

This is how I feel:

distrust antipathy
ANGER
animosity pukish
hostility
rancor antagonism resentment
personality conflict

acrimony, , , animus, , , bad chemistry, bad feeling, bad vibes, bad will,, disaccord, dislike, , enmity, hard feelings, hatred, , ill will, ill-disposedness, malevolence, malice, mutual hostility, nastiness, odium, oppugnancy, oppugnation, , , , unfriendliness, venom

I understand..my first t terminated me one night out of nowhere, i still dont know why. And i still feel the same way you do. I am so, so sorry. What youre going thru is so hard. I am really sorry youre going thru this.

Thanks everyone! Sorry auto, I didn't mean to upset you. Basically we had a rupture and couldn't work through it. It was a rupture that we had been through a ton of times and just couldn't get through it.

Just out of curiosity, is your idea that if you never reveal vulnerability, you always are in control? I truly hope that there wasn't anyone in your life responsible for what appears as being detached. Take care!
