oh gosh roseleigh, you have never given me that impression at all.
I think therapy may help if you discuss why you think you are a monster (I know it's hard to tell another human being that stuff). Then you can discuss it and figure out what is actually true and what is not. You most likely aren't those things, and a good t can help you to see that. ![]()

Maybe you know this already, but that's a really common belief for people who have been traumatized. You don't feel this way because it's true...you are not bad or evil.
I know it can help because it has helped me. I still struggled with believing in my own worthlessness and badness (I'm fighting it right now), but it has gotten easier. |

I'm just SO tired of myself. My therapist is so kind to me and I don't deserve it at all.
