Ok, I have T again tomorrow and I told her last week that I would write my mood down each day which I have done, I want to this with me and show it her, I am not a sharing person though and never have been, what if she thinks I am stupid or something?

Do it anyway.

Feeling the fear and moving anyway is a great way to beat the fear.

You are not in therapy to stay the way you are, you are in therapy to be better and feel better. It's not easy, but soooooooo worth it.

Go for it!
