I know she doesn't care, but it's still a bit embarrassing.
I don't want to look like this broken sniveling mess in front of her. I want to cancel. At least until my stitches heal. I feel afraid. |

U can do it! If you cancel, it will only prolong your need for therapy. U want to get well as soon as u can, right?? Sending hugs your way!

I think letting our T's see us at our worst helps them help us. Don't be afraid of being "a mess" it's completely understandable given your week.

Your T will be fine and supportive. My T's seen me many times after hospitalizations and he was always just so glad I was doing better than whatever state I was in that landed me there.
