wow my T and i have been working with fairy tales and relating them to my family and so on for the last month or so it has helped me some. we are done with the story so i fear done with this i looked up therapeutic fairy tales and was surprised that there was a bunch of stuff about using fairy tales and stories to help heal from trauma . who knew i wish she would do more of that

Hi, granite. If you let her know somehow that you found it helpful, maybe she would be willing to revisit this method from time to time. It is cool, and when you run out of fairy tales to work on you can start on myths! * gentle hugs, dear granite *

Wow this is interesting! Is this a new type of therapy? It sounds fun!
Like the others said, I would ask her can you do more and tell her you found it really helpful!
