I've been having a really rough time-not being able to sleep and having nightmares when I do-my mind just won't stop. I'm either thinking about stuff that has happened or bad thoughts about what I want to do to myself.
I told T I thought I wanted to take a break this week because its too much. Then I said I didn't know what to do...so T wrote me saying maybe we should spend some time just coloring!!! I'm really excited to color with him tonight! I'm bringing a Pooh Bear and Alice in Wonderland book...hehe! I feel so much better knowing we can just so this for right now-I feel like we have been going awfully fast! Maybe we can color one together : ) I'm thankful for my T today

I love coloring. I find it so relaxing. It's something I got my Mom doing when she was ill. I have one of her last pictures hanging on the bulletin board in my office.

Have fun with it tonight!
Thanks for this!

I love to color. My xT has never suggested anything like it but it would have been very relaxing... Beauty and the Beast is my favorite disney movie and right now I'm on a serious search for a Beauty and the Beast coloring book... I don't want all the disney princesses...
Thanks for this!

I'm glad you're going to color with your T! Enjoy! Once I fingerpainted in the session. T and I both sat on the floor and it was fun!
Thanks for this!
