.... and she hasn't even moved yet. When I told her recently that I was feeling ready to wind down our sessions, I didn't mean I was ready for her to pull up stakes and head for the hills!! Sigh. But I'll be okay, I really will. She rarely self-discloses but she did tell me a little bit about why she's moving and I'm happy for her, I really truly am, she deserves this chance. And I meant it when I told her that I am happier for her, than I am sad for me.

But I'm sad for me tonight.

*hugs* I'd say let it all out, draw or write your feelings out. It does no good bottling things up. Even if you don't show it to anyone, getting it out can help make it feel better as it goes on. <3

it's ok to be both and very understandable ... that's good she told you some of the whys and that you two will stay in touch (going by the other thread) but a big change for you and grief attached to that in a way
