All,

I'm heading back into the fray....or whatever...therapy, I guess.

My appointment is the week of Thanksgiving and actually, I'm feeling okay with this. I've dinked around for a long time and interviewed some possibilities but in the end, I've decided to go back to the therapist that helped me out before the old, cold distant T, and before my life coach (failed) experiment.

I feel like I've accomplished a lot with this particular T before -- her one-on-one skills are top notch and even though her approach is (even more) new age than my own outlook (I'm a Wiccan, after all!), she just has worked for me in the past. And, I'm hoping that I can afford her ...at least I could in the past.

I'm anxious but really feeling ready. Oh, and nothing in the way of questions, I just felt compelled to post. I'm sure the anxiety will rise even more as I get closer.

Hi MCL,
Good for you for going back to therapy!
And glad you could go back to someone you have worked with before, who you know well and who you trust and who's approach works for you, even if it is "more new age than your outlook!"
Please let us know how it goes.
