I thought I would resurrect this thread, I haven't used it in quite some time.
So when are you seeing your T? My T passed away from COVID in 2020. It was really hard for me because he was my therapist for 12 years. I am having a hard time finding a new one especially since my co-pay is $45. Plus I am on Building Restriction for two weeks so I can't go anywhere to find one

well, I have not been in therapy in about 5 years and have not seen a psychiatrist in 7. Things went ok as far as I can tell but as I am a hard person to like I'm not too sure how those in the mental health services might see things. I do try but alas I am not a good people's person or indeed with boundaries in general. I do sometimes think again about talk therapy but it's a costly business and I would need to start over again with a new T as my last one is no longer in that business. hopefully, it was not me that drove her to quit practising!!!

Hey there!
Thought I would resurrect this thread since I finally found a therapist! Mine died of COVID back in 2020 and I had him for nearly 12 years, and it was almost impossible to find someone to replace him. Plus, I moved out of state. So, the countdown is one day and 6 hours.
