So many words pop into my head....but the word that causes a strong emotional reaction out of me is:

SAFE

I always tell my therapist she is "c.a.r.i.n.g" which is a word that includes the words

Compassionate,
Attentive,
Respectful,
Informed,
Natural,
Grim (meaning she can be quite firm and unrelenting at times)

rock

The attributes I relate to her are like a rock... She is solid, constant, never changing, strong, etc. I can be weak and know she's there to "be my rock."

Depends on the day and how I'm feeling (today is NOT good) so the word would be: Inaccessible. (I'm too afraid to ask about contact between sessions)
Thanks for this!
