One theory on where negative feelings come from is mine. lol. For example lets say someone you know doesn't like certain noises. As an infant some noises meant certain things. Maybe the family car backfiring would scare mommy and the milk wasn't as sweet. Those feelings shape us, our lives, and, our personalities. That's why a therapist should be physically there. So they can feel our voice. Hear us sigh sense us getting excited and so on. As we talk to them they can steer the conversation towards words that affect you. And explore why or where and such. I've only started and I'm sure I've talked too much. Sorry for that. Thanks for reading this far if you did. Smile

Hi dagorel, welcome to PC. We are made to respond to our environment so when the environment is good we will have good feelings and when the environment is bad we will have negative feelings.
