I promised my T that I would call her every morning this week until our next session because I'm doing so badly. If I don't she might send me to hospital. So I've been really good about it, exept she doesn't work on Thursdays or Fridays or Weekends and I haven't been able to get ahold of her. She left me a message from another number but I called back and it wasn't her number I'm so scared she's going to send me to hospital... all because I can't find the right phone number to get ahold of her and I can't leave a message on her work phone and I don't know why!

can you email or something? I am sure she will try to reach out to you before calling the authorities.... keep your phone on you.

She didn't.... And my case manager didn't show up for our meeting, and hasn't even texted me or anything. I feel super alone right now, and like all my supports are falling away from under my feet.

You aren't ignoring her request to contact her. You just are unable to do so because of the phone issues. She won't be sending you to hospital for this. If she asks why you didn't contact her, you will explain that all avenues seemed to be blocked to do so. Part of that is her doing, by leaving an incorrect phone number. When you talk to her or see her next, ask her to suggest a back up plan, in the event this happens again.
