So sorry...but if it makes you sad, why not call back and reschedule?
Thanks for this!

If you're sad that you cancelled, the reverse, and upside is that you really want to be there. That most likely means that you're committed to therapy. Ergo you have the best chance of getting better.
Thanks for this!

Honestly, the truth is i didn't budget my money correctly this month. I gave a payment on my daughter's hospital bill and now i can't pay therapy. I tried making an income adjustment with t but the receptionist said she had to talk to the supervisor and never got back to me. When i started therapy my husband was here before i found out about the other woman. Now he's gone and i no longer have his income. I was left to pay for everything. House, bills, two girls.
This is so embarrasing for me. If my t calls me i want to tell her but i feel really embarrased.
I feel so sad. I know it's not three end of the world but t is literally my lifeline right now and i feel like nobody understands this at all. Idk. We'll see what happens.

I so understand the feeling of it being so vital.

Thank you...feel better now that i talked about it here. Can't really talk about this with friends. Everybody just wants me to get over it already. It's really hard.

Sorry you are going through this, Haier.
I have had to cancel a few appointments before, due to finances being tight, and it sucks. I hope you manage to see your T again soon.
If it helps, you could write down all the stuff you want to say to T, and have it ready for the next session.

I hate when financial issues keep people from getting their basic needs med.

Please think about having the money conversation directly with your t.

I'm so sorry you're going through this.

As others have said, please think about talking to your T.
