So I went to therapy today it was a struggle I hadn't seen her in three weeks and she noticed right away something about my affect she says I was in depression I couldn't concentrate on the session my pdoc this Thursday might increase my Zoloft but not too much because its not effective if u have bipolar

I'm glad you made it to your therapy session today sweepy. I hope you get your meds worked out with your pdoc on Thursday.
