Ugh sorry everyone I had to edit as just not feeling as safe here as I thought I was about vulnerable stuff. Hopefully that will change sometime.

Thanks for the kindness. It's a bit silly really and I won't go into details- but short version is that after my upset around touch (T not holding my hand as feels it's unhelpful at the moment as it sends me back into a triggered place) she put her arm gently on my shoulder today as I was leaving. It was totally natural and spontaneous in response to something I said which made her laugh. The funny thing is that I don't need to cling to it or expect more of it, the moment was as it was. It was just lovely and felt more precious to me than the times in the past where she has held my hand.
