Yep...thinking of going back into therapy. I've been out a while. At first, it was such a relief to not have that whole "it's-therapy-day" gearing up and then the gearing down. But now I'm ready and plus, I feel really stuck right now. Therapy might help me get off the dime in terms of relationships -- the key issue I want to work on.
I've taken some time off and saved enough money to make therapy feel possible again, and I'm in good physical condition to be able to withstand the stressful stuff that I know will surface. And now, all I need is a T. I'll keep you posted. The search is on...again! Blessings, MCL |

thanks, SD. If past is prologue then I'm gonna need it. I've got butterflies and I haven't even called for any referrals (my insurance agent is giving me some very good leads, though!). |

Best wishes with the search! Sometimes I think that can be more grueling than the therapy itself.
Okay, not really, but it's still a difficult process. |
