I have my regular appointment with T in a few hours and I have a gut feeling that its not going to go well. I feel anxious already. I just need to hang on until I can cry in there. I have to be alone or in T office so that he can tell me that I dont hopeless.

Maybe try going in there & saying that you have a fear that it is not going to go well?
