I have decided to go back to therapy--I really need it.

Well, good. Have you decided your next step; where, with whom, etc.? Do tell us more

Good for you! It sounds like a positive decision to help take care of yourself.

I love your little anxiety sign. That is the story of my life.
Thanks for this!

Well, yesterday I went to a place where I was getting some group and individual counseling before, and told them I'd like to start more therapy again--so they did a "refresher intake" with me and set me up with an appointment. Plus I have an appointment on Monday with my Pdoc about my meds.

Congrats on taking the next step. Do you think they will put you back with the counselor you saw before or someone else?

They set me up with a different counselor, but I'm ok with that.

I went to my pdoc yesterday and he agreed that I need to be back in therapy! I will start next week. And I finally got a court date for my disability hearing.
