Ever just want to barf when you're waiting to hear back from an email to your T?
WHY DO I EVEN EMAIL. I hate going through this every time. Next time, I'm going to remember and not email in the first place. Curse you T, for encouraging it

It's awful. Every time I swear I won't do it again. Worse thing if I ever email on a Saturday I don't hear until Tuesday but still check every few minutes!

I hate this feeling, and I hate my constant checking my phone for a new email from t. I switch it on and off just in case it is broke. Oh dear, why do we torture ourselves....damn you T

I know the feeling! *hugs*
If I find myself getting really anxious about it, I start setting limits, like telling myself I will only check my email every two hours, or something (and I try to keep myself busy/distracted in the meantime  )Hope you get a reply soon!! |

I thought I was crazy! Oh wait I am..........but anyway I constantly check for a reply. It is such a consuming feeling.

Yes, I am going through this right now.
I was pretty sure T was back from leave this week so I was expecting a reply to an email I sent last Friday on Monday/Tuesday but I am yet to hear from her. It is very possible that I got the dates wrong but I keep thinking she is just ignoring me or doesn't care. I keep checking my emails obsessively even though it seems she is returning from leave next week instead of this week. |

I guess I am fortunate...my T usually answers my email within an hour or two...usually. Having said that her responses are always pretty brief....probably because she wants therapy to go on during our time together, not via email.

Totally sympathise. My T doesn't usually reply. But occasionally he does. So I always hope it's going to be one of those times, even though I know it probably won't be.
