I wish there was a "quiz" out there that would lay it all on the table as in this is the definitive answer as to what's wrong with me so that it was clear what needs to be fixed.

Me too! I sometimes feel like my T knows the answer but is withholding it from me /: Very irritating. It would be so much easier to have it all laid out for me and then I could just fix it all up. But I get the feeling if T handed me the results and confirmed it, I might not react well or even believe it. I probably couldn't take it all in....

I wish there was such a quiz too. I asked my T what's wrong with me and he said "Nothing". Talk about the lie of the year!

Oh gosh, I'm not sure I could ask T that but I'd LOVE to know what she'd say. Like you I probably wouldn't take it well.
Thanks for this!

Your T may prefer not to use the word "wrong".
Instead, ask him what he can help you with.

My T (who is the world's greatest T in my book!) puts a huge emphasis on always finding what's RIGHT with me, while we're working on the stuff she can help me with. I like how you put that CE.
Thanks for this!

Jkbob,
Maybe there is nothing wrong with you
I like Arthemis answer that her t tries to find what is right with her
Why do you believe there is something wrong with you?Is it things that people have said to you?
Thanks for this!

I know there is something wrong with me but I don't know if it's "just" depression/anxiety, if I have ADD or a personality disorder. I have no idea but I know I'm not "normal" and never have been. I'm a pretty good faker though. Most people think I'm "put together" which is so far from the truth.

It doesn't help that my H isn't my biggest fan at the moment and is really good at pointing out all of my personality flaws.
