Well, I am feling better finally.My T is going to consult with an expert for my trauma healing. I am feeling stronger now that the alters are more able to come out in session and work with T directly. In fact, one of my most hurt alters helped me to make this picture

Glad to hear you are feeling better....life is definitely like the waves of the sea.
Amazing that your most hurt alter could come up with such an absolutely gorgeous picture with such beautiful colors.....that says a lot about the place that hurt alter is in not also......what wonderful talent you have.
