I'm so sad now because my copays for my T sessions are $25 and I am getting to a place where I can't afford it anymore. I really don't want to stop seeing her but I just don't know what to do.

Can you get a simple part-time job to pay the $25 for T? I went back to work to pay for T (and get good insurance for my family and save for retirement) and it really helps make T "special" for one's self.

I have a full time job and a part time job which barely pay my bills and rent. I also have pretty good insurance but the copays are $25, my T charges like $130 so I'm getting a good deal but I'm running out of my health reimbursement account money and its getting harder and harder to make the copays.

have you talked to your T about it yet maybe you can work something out.

Maybe reduce the number of sessions?
If you go every week, start going every other week? It sucks! It certainly does ... But don't stop going altogether ... !!! Some is better than none ... !!! ![]() |

Sorry you've had to do that, unfortunately it happens to a lot of people.
