my T is going to Honduras for two weeks, and then the center is closed for July 4th, so my next appointment isn't until the 10th of July. i was just starting to open up and now i have three weeks to muck through the next time i see my T.

i am anxious. i'm just hoping nothing comes up in the next three weeks. but also thinking that maybe i should go ahead and get out of the house at the same time every Wednesday so that i don't break my routine of, well, getting out.

not sure what to do on those hours i'm not with my T, though. suggestions?

i don't think so, but i don't really like having contact with a therapist outside therapy. besides, he's going to be in Honduras, probably with his family.
