Hi everyone,
It's long lost Adel!
I haven't been on in forever. Honestly I'm liking e-mail lists better than posting to any online forums. It's just easier somehow that all the mesages go to my inbox.
I started the e-mail list for anyone struggling with mental illness. It's called blind mental health cause I'm blind but really anyone can join.
We have people from all different countries like the UK, Netherlands, Ireland Canada etc. Topics we're discussing so far are depression, anxiety, trauma, PTSD, DID, alcoholism, therapy etc.
Here's the link.

One important change since the last time I posted this is that there's a simple and hopefully painless screening process before you're aprooved. In the subscription e-mail, still leave the subject line blank if you want but in the body as it says in the description, put your name, can just be a first name or you can make up a name, general location, and most importantly what attracted you to join the group. This is to filter out people wanting to join "just to chat," or to do research. I've actually had this happen! But since I added this step in things have been better. Nine times out of ten I'll aproove the person gladly.
I've noticed some people aren't on here that were before, like Sana and Ann and people like that. And I see some new members. Hi to everyone. I'll try to be better at checking in, but have so much going on with my different projects.

attentionThis is an old thread. You probably should not post your reply to it, as the original poster is unlikely to see it.
