It's been a while year and I miss my old t bad. My new t is good and she is very caring. My old t told me where she was working and through the website I know her work email address and work number She does not work for the mental health center anymore she works for a community college only 20 miles from me. The deal was no contact but it has been a year. I called her work number very late last night just to hear voicemail this way I m not crossing a boundary. But lately I been getting the urge to send her a hello email I mean what's the worst that could happen

I have been in this spot, too. I talked it over with my T and I would encourage you to do the same. It actually made me feel a lot less desperate to contact old T, as I understood where that was coming from.

I think the legal rule is no contact for two years. I think you can email or call her, but she is legally unable to respond until the two years are up. At least thats how it is in the US I think
