... and faced those roiling emotions. It's nice to see that the lessons practiced in therapy with the therapist can be used in all arenas of our lives. Even though I had written most of this blog post 2 years ago, I still find myself struggling with accepting my emotions.

Learning how to be whole and authentic and free of shame or fear is the best education - at least it is for me. I'm still studying and my goal is to have learned my lesson before I die. My therapist has been key to any new understanding of myself that I have gained.

Thank you for sharing. I can so relate, but a yet don't come to such a positive conclusion.
