when they return from an extended medical leave. where do the extra clients go. are they on their own to find another t. how do they decide which clients go.

(((Suzzie))) i think a lot of it would depend on things like if the T is part of a bigger practice; if the clients all need to be seen fairly urgently or if some aren't weekly patients so there isn't the rush to schedule etc. If they really can't fit someone in for some reason hopefully they would be giving referrals for extra help if needed. I hope you get the best care possible if this is what you are experiencing now

she hasnt mentioned referrals. just a support group. but then said i wasnt ready for that. im going to ask her on wed. what is going to happen. its not the returning t thats doing it. but the current one. who is filling in for her. she said shes not putting my name on the client list shes giving to her.

that sounds really ... strange (((suzzie))) if she doesn't think you are ready for a support group and isn't giving you back to the returning one then something else will hopefully be organised for you and a referral given. I hope she has more help to give on Wednesday

I would imagine they get rearranged within the practice. Definitely ask the current one what is going on, maybe you are staying with her.
