After many years of seeing counsellors, therapists and P'docs etc, I just want to stop. I'm tired of talking. I cancelled both my appointments last week.

All I seem to be doing is paying money for people to talk to. I hardly talk to anyone in real life about what is happening. They dont understand mental illness.

What is the point of talking? The only thing I do need is a few types of pills that I am not sure my general doctor would prescribe.

I know my p'doc would want to hear what I am thinking of doing. All I want to do is cut and run.

I can hear your frustration did something happen to bring these feelings out so strongly? Did your T do or say something to upset you?

Is there a different type of T that you think might be better? It's sounds like the only reason you might have to go would be to get your meds (if your pdoc requires this). You could maybe find a T that might be less talk-oriented....
Thanks for this!

I wish I could say that there weren't any issues. But there are. It seems in my head that my p'doc has been on leave for all of this year. So I cancelled the first appointment he was back. Very juvenille. There is anther topic that I may need to check where his head is at........ cos my head may have twisted things around. I dont believe that I have got a wrong view of things but I just shared it with a friend and they said he would have no idea that I was thinking that way.

I started looking at other places to live away from where I am now. Not sure.

Thanks for you responses Freewilled and Fuzzybear. I do appreciate your support.
