Should I call t and apologize for not following what she told me to do after our session which was to wait for my ride and instead I interrupted group for a quick minute to say bye to my friends and to pick up something my friend brought for me and I told and hugged my group t in private all less than ten min I was wrong so should I call to apologize or wait for my session or even mention it ( help)

If you can I would wait until your next session and discuss it there. I have just read through your other posts about this as well and would agree with talking to your individual t about the exact reasons why she believes the group is negatively impacting on you and have a discussion about it. You do have a choice here - your t should be helping you weigh up your options about treatments, or at least giving you reasons for what they are asking.

It is probably not an issue for your T. I wouldn't worry about it unless she brings it up.

I don't know if it's "right" but I would call during off hours and leave a message of apology saying you don't need her to call back but just wanted to get this off your chest now. End by saying you'll see her next week. It might give you some relief to do it now rather than wait a whole week stewing about it. Just my thoughts.
