I've had this dreadful feeling that something isn't right since late last week. I thought it was a particular therapy issue, but now that it has been resolved, you would think that feeling would pass. I still have it today, but I don't know what it is.

I was out for the whole day, enjoying myself in a friend's pool, but even after that, something is naggingly wrong.

Have you experienced this?

I have feelings of dread quite often and feel something is wrong or bad is going to happen. I think it is part of my anxiety issues. Hope the feeling passes for you soon. It's a terrible feeling.

Usually it's something I know about but I don't realise how deeply it has affected me.
For example there was something I wanted to do but never quite go round to. Subconsciously I started obsessing.

I hate that feeling and usually I get a knot in my stomach and it hurts like hell.

Sometimes after a positive session with T I start to feel awful; really bad dread and foreboding. Like I'm waiting "for the other shoe to drop", like I can't trust anything good to last.
