I feel that my T is kind of robotic in the way that she begins or ends a session. There is little to no chat outside sessions, maybe just a hello each time, and she ends the session kind of abrupltly. There is no wind-down from therapy to farwell, just an abrupt "Ok,I'll see you next week", as soon as I finish my last sentence.
I therefore think of her as just a therapy dispensing MACHINE, rather than a person. Then I realised that the 'T' we use to refer to therapists is also the acronym for Terminator in the Terminator films. T-800, T-1000, and so forth. I settled on T-1000. ![]() |

I have told my Therapist that she needs to be more like a person to me and less like a robot and she agreed.

In my situation, the therapist has referred to me as being robot - like. I keep trying to set a good example for the woman to follow.
